Refund policy

All Sales Are Final – Strict 24-Hour Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy Only

Due to the perishable and live biological nature of our products—including unrooted fig cuttings and rooted plants (potted or established)—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason except the narrow Dead-on-Arrival exception described below.

By placing an order with us, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to this policy in full. You understand that our products are living biological material. Their long-term survival, successful rooting (for cuttings), establishment, or continued health depends entirely on your growing conditions, care, environment, and techniques after delivery and acceptance. This includes (but is not limited to) proper temperature, humidity levels, watering practices, lighting, soil/media, potting technique, and handling. We are not responsible for any decline, failure to root, transplant shock, death, or other issues that occur after successful delivery and acceptance.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Exception – Limited Guarantee

We carefully inspect and package all products—whether unrooted fig cuttings or rooted plants—to ship them in healthy, viable condition. However, if the product arrives completely dead or irreparably damaged due to shipping issues only, we may (at our sole discretion) offer a refund or replacement only if ALL of the following conditions are strictly met:

You notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information or carrier receipt.

You provide clear, high-resolution photo proof of the product in the exact condition upon arrival, including:

Close-up photos showing stems, nodes (for cuttings), roots (if visible), leaves, overall appearance, and any signs of damage.

Photos of the original packaging and shipping labels.

Your order number must be clearly visible in at least one photo.

Photos must be submitted via the chat on our homepage (or the exact method specified in your order confirmation email).

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window, without sufficient photo evidence, for partial stress (e.g., minor wilting, leaf drop, transplant shock, or slow rooting), or for issues arising after the initial inspection period will not qualify for any refund, replacement, or credit. For rooted plants, normal transplant shock or temporary stress does not qualify as “irreparably damaged.”

No Refunds or Exceptions For:

Any decline, death, failure to root, or poor performance that occurs after the 24-hour inspection and acceptance period.

Customer error in planting, care, watering, environment, propagation technique, or ongoing maintenance.

Normal biological variation, expected challenges with live fig cuttings (rooting success is not guaranteed), or adaptation issues with rooted plants.

Change of mind, incorrect expectations about size, appearance, or viability, or aesthetic preferences.

Shipping delays or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Claims where the customer cannot demonstrate that the product received matches what was shipped (we document each order with timestamped photos or videos at packing).

We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed care and propagation guides (specific to cuttings vs. rooted plants) before ordering. Success with live plant material is not guaranteed and varies widely based on individual buyer conditions.

Important: If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, our products (cuttings or rooted plants), shipping, or care requirements, please contact us before placing your order. Once you place the order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms.

Thank you for supporting our small business. We are committed to sending healthy, high-quality fig cuttings and rooted plants while setting clear expectations upfront for the unique challenges of shipping live material.
