Barnissotte is a beautiful French fig variety known for its striking dark skin and intensely sweet, jammy flesh with a rich, complex berry flavor. It has a distinctive appearance with a deep purple to black exterior and ruby-red interior. This variety is excellent for fresh eating, drying, or using in culinary dishes.
