Beall is a highly productive fig variety known for its dark purplish-brown skin and exceptionally rich, sweet flavor. The interior flesh is amber to light pink, juicy, and distinctively peach-like, with a smooth texture and minimal seed crunch. This variety is excellent for fresh eating, drying, or short-summer regions, and it is especially noted for its ability to resist splitting and spoilage in wet weather.

  • Site and Soil: Figs thrive in 1/2 day to full sun and well-drained soil.
  • Pollination Requirements: Beall Fig is self-fertile.

  • Size at Maturity: 10-15 ft in height, smaller with pruning.
