Giant White is a highly productive fig variety known for its colossal fruit size and exceptionally sweet honey flavor. The interior flesh is a beautiful translucent amber-pink, juicy, and syrupy, with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture. This variety is excellent for fresh eating right off the tree, drying, or making rich preserves, and it is especially noted for its vigorous growth and ability to thrive in intense summer heat.
