LSU Tiger Fig is a vigorous and productive variety developed by the LSU AgCenter breeding program. Its medium to large fruit features attractive yellow skin often streaked with light green, resembling tiger stripes, and a rich amber to light red interior. The flavor is sweet with honey and caramel notes, making it excellent for fresh eating, preserves, and desserts. LSU Tiger is also valued for its strong disease resistance and ability to thrive in warm, humid climates, making it an ideal choice for Southern growers.

Please watch our instructional videos on the "Fig Care Series" page before attempting to root.
